Pick what you want while the drop is open. Everything is made to order, so once a batch is claimed it's gone.

Pick a window
Choose the pickup day and place that suits you at checkout. We'll text you the exact address.

Collect and pay
Reserve now, pay when you collect.
Why we sell in drops
A one-oven bakery can only bake what it can bake. A sourdough starter keeps its own schedule, dough needs the hours it needs, and there is only so much room on the rack. Selling in weekly drops means we bake exactly what's been claimed — nothing is wasted, and nothing sits on a shelf going stale.
It also means you know when to look. Orders open at the start of the week and close Thursday night, or earlier if the batch is claimed. Put your number in below and we'll text you when the next one goes live.
